We are different to traditional Fathers legal services
Unlike traditional legal services, we do not charge:
- Expensive consultation fees
- Fees for emails or basic communication
- Ongoing monthly costs
Our goal is to provide fathers with continued support and guidance whenever they need it.
Why This Matters
Many fathers are shocked to discover how quickly legal fees can escalate during family disputes. A good solicitor can often charge £500 per hour or more, with some firms charging significant amounts simply to send or respond to a short email. Over time, these costs can become overwhelming, especially during lengthy child access or court proceedings.
We have personally heard and been involved in many situations where fathers have spent tens or even hundreds of thousands of pounds trying to maintain contact with their children. Sadly, many eventually reach a point where they feel unable to continue purely because of financial pressure.
Why Are We Doing This?
We created Fathers Legal Guidance because we believe fathers deserve access to clear guidance, practical support, and ongoing help without the fear of crippling legal costs. Too many fathers feel lost, isolated, and financially exhausted while trying to navigate family law issues alone.
Our aim is to help fathers understand the process, avoid common mistakes, and move forward with greater confidence while staying focused on what matters most - their children. We believe support should remain accessible, realistic, and available throughout the entire journey, not just for those who can afford expensive legal representation.
